Roderick's season on hold: Casey Roderick will not race in Randy Hill Racing's #08 Ford Mustang in the Nationwide Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Saturday. Driver Tim Andrews is listed as the team's driver on the entry list for the Sam's Town 300. Roderick hinted after his qualifying run for the NNS race at Daytona that, despite his commitment to running for the Sunoco Rookie of the Year title, the team's attempt at the full 2012 NNS schedule could be up in the air. "We're working on some sponsorship deals, so we can go the rest of the season," Roderick told News/Talk WSB after timing into the Drive4COPD 300. "We're going to Phoenix and Vegas for sure." Roderick is not listed as RHR's driver at LVMS, because the #08 will be starting-and-parking. Roderick tells News/Talk WSB via text message that he hopes to be in the car again at either next week's race at Bristol Motor Speedway or in the April 13th race at Texas Motor Speedway. When asked about the outlook for the team, Roderick said it was not good, but he was hopeful the situation would improve.(WSB Radio)(3-7-2012)
