I saw the interview with Carl and he look like he just couldn't wait to get out there. He usually is smiling all over the place. That wasn't the case this time. He might be thinking "I'm sure glad this one is over but I wanted to win" He didn't look like a happy camper like he usually does.

I wonder who else might have seem the interview.

At least he'll be out of a ride, and hopefully gone from NA$CAR, at the end of the season...can't see even a 'start-and-park' team wanting an idiot like that tearing up their cars (and other people's) every weekend.

yeah Vickers is an idiot, didn't he pay Matt back in martinsville (after Matt was out of it anyways)? i seem to remember something like that happening, that was of course the race that Vickers wrecked everything but his team plane on the runway.

Carl seems to be king of the 2nd place finishes lol.

I used to like Brian...NOT anymore...He sure has tore some cars,and NOT even Redbulls~ Not a Kenseth fan,but that was pretty lowdown,and Nascar should have parked him. Didn't they park Leffler a few years ago in Daytona for that??? At least for a few laps??? I mean,Matt was going high,and Brian follows him?? Could it be more clear????

They said during the race that they expect the team to be on track next year. Apparently they have someone lined up to buy the team but won't be able to have it finalized until after the season is over.

Mike Baggley said on the Morning Drive on Sirius today that Brian Vickers is NOT expected to be back with the team, regardless of whether they secure necessary funding to be on track next year.

Sounds like he's getting fired even if they keep running.
