First year of the new RPM and Allmendinger finished 13 points out of the chase!
Allmendinger is sitting in 13th in the points, 13 points from making the Chase.
Ambrose is 20th in points right now.
I'd like to see A.J. get a win (Dover coming up), but this has been a damn good first year for the new RPM!

I agree with you guys. Amazing what the "new" RPM is doing. Wish the cutoff for the Chase was a few more races, I think Allmendinger or someone out of the Ford stable could have gotten, especially with how the 88 is running. Hope AJ and Greg can get to VL and get all the Ford's in the winner's circle. Look out for the 43 at Loudon as well. I hope Ambrose and Parrott can become more consistent as they get ready for 2012.

I agree - they have been really strong at times. Still some room for improvement but really strong at times.
Also, STL, isn't AJ's crew chief Greg Irwin now and no longer Parrott?

Oh my bad guys.
I meant to say that I would like to see a bit more consistency out of Parrott/Marcos and the 9 group. Of course they have had some bad luck at the plate tracks and Harvick running over him on pitlane at MIS. I really like what I see out of AJ and the 43 group, just a bit more raw speed and that group will be weekly Top-5 contenders. I like Erwin's experience and AJ's learning curve with stock cars. Sorry if I was misspoke should have have put Ambrose and Parrott seperately from Dinger/Erwin, I really like chatting with fellow Ford fans out there. Sorry just got back from the dentist so my ears are still ringing lol.
