Darlington is a GREAT track to go to! I actually went to all of the races there from 2004-2009. Missed last year because of finals, and finals are getting in the way again this year, so I won't be there this go around. We always used to camp at Darlington, so we didn't have to worry about parking on race day.

But, I was there for the truck race earlier this year, and we did park on track property. They have some huge fields of free parking on the track side of the road. That is probably going to be the closest parking area to turn 4. (...just have to get there before it fills up...) All of the souvenir rigs and trailers are on the front stretch side of the track (...which is the opposite side of the track than the road).

Or, if you want to get out fast, your best bet might be to pay someone to park in their yard across the street. Might be a little quicker way out ... it gets pretty congested right after the race there.
