Dale jr.: definitly needs to step it up, especially driving for what many consider to be the top team in the sport. he's just way tooo inconsitant & i think he has a LOT of pressure.

Truex jr.: he has done alright imo for being with a new (for him) team.

Martin: idk what's been the problem with him b/c he ran so well last season, maybe they have messed with his team chemistry due to juniors problems? it's the only thing that i can think of.

Logano: he's still young & i think he still has a lot of potential. his run-ins with other drivers are all part of his learning. i'm not a big fan, but he'll be fine.

Ragan: he really needs to show some improvement, he has a case in that Roush as an organization has not run up to their potential but they seem to have turned it around & he HAS to start running better now or i think he's in serious trouble.

Keselowski: being this is his first full season i think he's running as expected. much like Logano he's young & i would give him time, he has the talent.

Speed: i think he's in trouble as well. in the beginning of this season he ran fairly well but quickly started to stumble & i would be surprised if he has a quality ride (assuming Vickers is coming back), he better start searching.

Sadler: i think he's done in cup for now. he's had plenty of time to prove himself & isn't doing well enough. i have read that he has been talking to Harvick but only for a possible NW ride.

Hornish: he has shown flickers of promise (he almost stole the win from the Biff @ pocono in the rain lol) & i think he's still worth a look though still not a contender by any means.

Gordon: i don't think he's going anywhere but he owns his team so he's in a unique position relative to the other guys. i expect much of the same from him, i guess sponsorship is the question.

I really hope Ragan can step it up, but he has to. Next year will be his last if he doesn't, especially with how well the other Roush drivers are doing. I hope he can repeat and do better than he did in his second year.

Dale Earnhardt Jr: He won't loose his job unless he wants to leave. But we all know he is the most overated driver in the world.
Martin Truex: It's his first year. He did ok. I expect more of him next year.
Mark Martin: Well, yes but it's too late for this year.
Joey Logano: What do expect with someone pushed to fast?
David Ragan: Yes, he'll be loosing his job if he doesn't step it up next year.
Brad Keselowski: I hope he doesn't. I hope he does get fired.
Scott Speed: :/ He's like the combo of most reasons why I don't like some drivers, but I like him. I hope not, but I'm afraid he might be out of a ride next year.
Elliott Sadler: He's getting downgraded to Busch or Trucks. My guess is KHI.
Sam Hornish: yup I think he's gonna have a hard time finding any ride if Penske doesn't resign him
Robby Gordon: Well he makes up the decision since he owns RGM.

The only one that might have a chance of moving up would be Brad Keslowski.
    My favorite drivers:
    Cup: 39, 00, 5, 16, 21, 87, 9, & 31
    Nationwide: 21, 16, 87, 11
    Truck: Johnny Benson, 31, 62, 88

5 of the bottom 6 could be released as early as 2011. Gordon has seemed to vanish from the series.

I don't think Roger will release Brad next year unless its several races into the season and he's still 25th or worse in the standings

With his stellar Nationwide performances, I think Brad's job is safe. Unless Miller Lite decides they don't want him anymore. That could be enough to get him fired.

I think Brad could perform better in the #2 next year. The #12 has been at the bottom of the totem pole at Penske, to put it lightly. Newman couldn't do that much his last several years there, and Stremme couldn't do anything in that car either.

It's going to be the same car next year, just a different number. Kurt is keeping the 2 team and equipment, just changing sponsors and numbers.
