Let's say RMP drops to a three car lineup next year (which I would prefer a strong three cars over a weaker four car operation),
Let's assume Allmendinger and Ambrose fill two seats.
Who is the best option for the third ride?

Who is the best option for the third ride?
1. Aric Almirola
2. Reed Sorenson
(Of course, I would take Algaier as #1 if I thought there was any chance they could get him.)

I hope I don't end up looking like I counted my chickens before they hatched when it comes to Ambrose. Gillet said there is more driver news on the way, hopefully Ambrose is one of those items.
I LOVE Marcos Ambrose!! I'm wondering when these announcements will take place too. Also, Richard Petty Motorsports can't get my favorite Nationwide Only driver (after the Roush rookies of course), Justin Allgaier as he is under contract to Penske Racing. I love Justin, can't stand his teammate![]()

Vote for Dan Wheldon ~~ 2011 IndyCar Most Popular Driver!!
Contracts really don't mean anything if you have a chance to jump up from Nationwide to the big show. That is how Yates lost Kahne the first time. Evernham gave him a cup ride while Yates wanted him to wait a little while longer.
We might see something regarding Marcos Ambrose future in the next couple of weeks according to a report from Australia and the link below.
