They are referring to FORMULA FORD, an entry level racing series.

Isn't there suppose to be a USA Formula One? I don't quite understand that. I don't follow Formula One but I do watch IRLSeries. (when i can)

Not that I know of. There is a Formula One team that is owned and operated in the US, but not a separate series.

Oh and does this mean that FORD will be on the USA team (still confusing) When FORD gets involved I will read more about it.

This has nothing to do with Formula 1. It is just an entry level series.

    From Wikipedia:
Formula Ford is a single seater, open wheel class in motorsports which exists in some form in many countries around the world. It is an entry-level series to motor racing, in which in the past many drivers aspired to one day reach Formula One (today karting is more likely to be a young driver's entry to serious formula car racing).

Finally sinks in. I have tried a few times to become interested in Formula One but watching a race and hearing the whinning these cars make just turns me off.
