•Stewart still has goal of 4 car team: During a NASCAR teleconference, #14-Tony Stewart was asked about plans to expand his Stewart-Hass team.
Q. Have you considered adding a third member to your team or is everything still in a hold position?
Stewart: Well, we're at the end of October. If we were going to do that, we would have liked to have had it started and had the decision made by the middle of summer. It's not going to happen for next year. We obviously would love it. The goal of the organization is to be a four-car team eventually. Yes, I mean, down the road we want to have a third team and a fourth team after that. Like you said, there's a lot of challenges right now in the sport. It's hard keeping the two cars that we have financed right now. It is something we want to do. It didn't work out to do for us for the 2011 season. When we get the right opportunity, and the right partner and driver, if we can get that combination, we're definitely interested in that for sure.(Chevy PR)(10-29-2010)

Before expanding, they need to get the #39 fully sponsored!

True.
Did anyone catch Nascar Hub (I think it's called ?) the other night when they were talking the Petty problems? They said MWR wasn't the only Team that he had talked to. If Stewart is interested in a 4th car and Petty is thinking of changing MFG's the 43 ... I think Valvoline and Best Buy are likely to return so that could be a possible 4th car option. ~idk
