or was there a rule change?
Wasn't there a rule about owner only allowed to own two cars? I do not mean how Jack Roush owns four, formerly 5, teams. I mean how John Henry owns the 17 & 6 and Jack owns the 16 & 99. That's why I thought Mark Martin formerly owned the 17 and why Jeff had to own the 48.
